

Our preferred wedding cake supplier is a self taught cake designer and decorator, who has been creating wedding cakes since 1993 and has received many awards for their cakes including:
- Salon Cullinaire "Gold Medal" 1997, 1998, 1999,2000
- Salon Cullinaire "Silver Medal" 2001
- Cairns show "Champion Cake" 1999
The cake included in the Coral, Reef & Tropical package is a small 2 tier (9"+ 6") which will serve approximately 20 to 24 guests.
The cake flavours available range from Fruit, Dark Chocolate Mud, White Chocolate Mud, Orange and Poppy seed, Carrot or any other dense style cake (not sponge cake). You may have 2 different flavours for a 2 tier cake or 3 different flavours for a 3 tier cake.
The cake icing is a traditional rolled sugar paste, not marzipan.
Any colour cord or ribbon trim can finish the cake, however if you require a specific colour, you can provide a sample and Leanne will endeavour to match it.
The fresh flowers to decorate the cake will be supplied by the florist, who will ensure that the cake flowers match the brides bouquet and flora theme.
