Located on the golden shores of Holloway’s Beach, a magnificent beach some 10 minutes from the centre of Cairns, your dream beach wedding becomes a reality that you will experience amidst luxurious surrounds. From our lavish bridal lounge, with its own private entrance, offering the bride a peaceful retreat to take a few moments to recoup and refresh before her entrance onto our private beach, to our unique all weather options.

Your ceremony can take place with the sand between your toes, with the glorious Coral Sea as your backdrop.

If the weather is inclement, our covered beach front courtyard gives protection from the elements, as well as being a shady spot for elderly and the very young to witness the ceremony from, whist still providing panoramic views to the ocean.

Coolum's beachfront restaurant with its expansive, elevated timber deck is the perfect setting for a unique reception featuring sumptuous dishes prepared by highly qualified chefs. With Cairns Beach Resort located directly across from Coolums On The Beach, accommodation for you and your guests can be easily catered for.

What are the ceremony commencement times?
Ceremonies can be conducted between the hours of 7.00 am and 5.00pm.

Are there any specific conditions?
There are no conditions for weddings conducted from Monday to Friday.

For weddings conducted on Saturdays and Sundays, the following food & beverage condition applies:

• 12.00 noon to midnight - wedding reception on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis.

The above food and beverage condition applies unless otherwise waived by mutual consent between South Pacific Bridal and the management of Coolums On The Beach.

How do I make a booking?

Booking Fee: A $500 non-refundable booking fee is required upon confirmation of your booking. Then 50% of total price is to be paid 120 days prior to the wedding ceremony. Balance to be paid 40 days prior to wedding.

Cancellation Policy: Applicable in the following circumstances, and includes all booked optional extras.

• Cancellation fee of 20% of entire wedding costs will be charged if wedding is cancelled 71-90 days prior to wedding.
• Cancellation fee of 50% of entire wedding costs will be charged if wedding is cancelled 41-70 days prior to wedding.
• Cancellation fee of 100% of entire wedding costs will be charged if wedding is cancelled 1-40 days prior to wedding.
• Cancellation fee of 100% of entire wedding costs will be charged if wedding is cancelled on the day or parties no-show.
