Music during your wedding ceremony is a personal choice. If you elect to play your favourite songs on the CD sound system, your wedding planner with ensure the timing of the music and volume settings are correct.

You have the convenience of choosing music from our extensive CD collection, if we do not currently have your song selections on file, we will obtain a copy for your ceremony.

Violinist

Margaret has more than 30 years experience and whose qualifications include a Bachelor of Music Degree and Post Graduate Diploma (both in Performance) from the Qld Conservatorium of Music.

Since returning to her hometown of Cairns in 1993, Margaret has been dedicated to her performing and teaching career. She performs on a regular basis at various resorts and venues throughout the Cairns area as both solo violinist and as 1st violinist in the Cairns String Quartet.

Musically, Margaret has a very wide selection of pieces in her repertoire, from classical to popular. However, if there is a specific piece requested for the event, every effort will be made to include this in the ceremony. The violin creates a wonderful atmosphere that can enhance the most romantic of occasions and creates emotions that only music can evoke.

String Quartet

Our String Quartet was formed in 1989 and prides itself on the quality and professionalism of their performances. They are a highly sought after and well-respected ensemble here in Far North Queensland.

The String Quartet comprises of the standard instruments - 2 violins, viola and cello and boasts a wide range of musical styles from classical to popular ballads.

They specialise in weddings, corporate and private dinners and special events.

They also pride themselves for having the facilities to provide specially pre-requested music professionally arranged for the quartet.
