Wedding Co-Ordinating - Lagoon Package

In this package, South Pacific Bridal do not become involved with the organising of your wedding ceremony, however we are available to provide information, advice and personal recommendations. A wedding Co coordinator contacts you approximately 1 week prior to your ceremony to become familiar with your ceremony details. Then on the day of your wedding the same Co coordinator will be in attendance to ensure that your plans fall into place and the entire ceremony runs smoothly.

Examples of assistance that the wedding co coordinator can provide on the day.

• Seating of guests according to your instructions
• Playing of CD music on sound system or greeting musicians and advising them or their setup location
• Handing out of flower petals to guests for flower shower and co coordinating the guests and the photographer to ensure the moment is captured

Wedding Planning - Ocean, Coral, Reef & Tropical Packages

For the Ocean, Coral, Reef & Tropical package, a south pacific bridal wedding planner will work with you to create your perfect ceremony from our set package options. We co ordinate all colour schemes according to you requirements and then book all ceremony components for your package through our preferred supplier whom have all demonstrated to South Pacific Bridal, a continued level of excellence and reliability. All time schedules are co ordinated by your wedding planner.

Upon your arrival in Cairns, your wedding planner will meet with you in person and brief you on your wedding ceremony. This will include a tour of the Chapel and a schedule of events for your wedding day. On the day of your wedding, the wedding planner will arrive at the scheduled time of the 1st supplier, e.g. make up & hair stylist. Your wedding planner will be there for the rest of the day up until the beginning of your wedding reception. There will also be a second wedding coordinator from South Pacific Bridal present during the day to assist the principal wedding planner ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

The wedding planning services that we provide in this package is for a set fee, so there are absolutely no added on wedding planner charges. All additional wedding ceremony options that you choose are for a set fee with our recommended supplier and are listed clearly in our price list (eg. additional bouquet for bridesmaids, upgrading photography package, upgrading to a larger cake).

Wedding Planning - Cascade Package

With the Cascade package, a South Pacific Bridal wedding planner will do all the work on your behalf. We will gather information, samples and quotes for any ceremony service you require, through any supplier you request. (Any suppliers or contractors that we recommend, will have demonstrated a proven record of excellent service and reliability.) We follow completely your instructions and then we co ordinate and book all ceremony components required. There is no detail to big or too small for us to attend to, and most importantly, you are kept informed on a regular basis of the progress of your ceremony and naturally you have the final say on all details.

Our wedding planning and co-ordination services range from simply providing information, advice and personal recommendations, through to working with you to create your perfect ceremony from our set package options, or even doing all the work on your behalf. These options are outlined below.

From hair and make-up, flowers, cake, photography and down to an order of events, greeting guests and shower of flower petals – you had it all under control with the best in the business. I am so grateful that we had your assistance and guidance right through. And from our point of view, it allowed us to have a casual wedding with the people that mean most to us attending and for us to completely enjoy ourselves. Our only disappointment is that it is now over and whilst we will come back to Palm Cove again and walk past the chapel reminiscing about our day, it is not something we will do again. • Hi Gina, I just want to thank you for all your hard work to make Melissa's and Ta'ane's wedding such a success. You took all the stress out of it for us and made the day such an enjoyable event. Considering we only met up with you twice whilst planning the wedding you managed to put everything together for us perfectly, you where there on the day and it was a comfort to know if we had a problem we only had to shout and you would be there to assist us. We have received the photos from Coral Sea Photography and Melissa and Ta'ane are sorting out the ones they want for the album. The photos came out very well and I am sure it will not be easy to pick the ones for the album. Chey was great with the hair, Melissa did not want to take her hair down, she was so thrilled with the style she created and the makeup Sharwin did was great, Melissa's close up shots look so natural. I have dropped a line to Barbie and Annette thanking them. Barbie gave us a fabulous service it was just what Melissa had dreamed of, it was so relaxed and enjoyable. The flowers for the chapel and bouquets that Annette produced where lovely. The quartet I think may have felt quiet forgotten about but they certainly added to the relaxed feeling of the service and the music played was very well performed.
