Once you’ve received our package options, we’re excited to chat with you about which venue and package will work best for you. Whether you are after a ceremony overlooking rainforest mountains and ocean, or beachfront nuptials under a palm tree or in a beautiful chapel, we’ve got the perfect venue for you. Offering everything from ceremony-only packages with the necessary suppliers, through to fabulous, comprehensive all-inclusive ceremony & reception packages that we can customise to suit you perfectly, we have the perfect option to align with your vision and budget. And with a specialty in destination weddings, we can chat and walk you through our venues virtually, or meet you on site for a pre-booking consultation to help you choose the perfect package.
Step 2: Initial Consultations and Vendor Selections
Once your ideal package is booked, all the planning magic begins with a warm and detailed consultation. We know every couple has a vision in their minds, and we want to capture that perfectly. We’ll listen to everything you have to say and make sure they’re included in your comprehensive planning documents – the road map to your ideal wedding day experience.
You have many important decisions to make for your special day, so we’ll go through them individually and help you with every single one. We’ll start with a celebrant & photographer, then move to hair & makeup, florals, theme & décor, and so on. No need to worry about deposits and payment schedules – they are all included in your SPB invoice, so we manage every payment for you.
We take pride in our extensive network of trusted vendors, from florists and photographers to makeup artists and stylists. We don’t just recommend suppliers—we’ll match you with professionals who align with your vision and style. Have a very specific bouquet in mind? We’ll find the perfect florist. Need a DJ or MC who knows how to get the party started? We’ll find one who’ll keep the guests entertained.
Our team can also assist with wedding vendors that are not standard inclusions in our packages. Want to arrive by helicopter to your ceremony or light up the skies with fireworks at your reception? We’ve known the best local vendors and can provide quotes for any additions you may wish to consider.
We’ll also help with guidance about Save the Dates, Invitations, and reminders of items you will organise yourself, such as your gorgeous wedding gown and rings. We ensure that absolutely no detail is overlooked.
Step 3: It’s All About the Details
The next phase turns your vision into our action. Your preferred suppliers are booked, and your dream team comes together. This is when the fun really begins – let’s chat about which gorgeous blooms are in season on your wedding day, what delicious menu you’ll be enjoying at your reception, and how your bridal hair & makeup will be crafted to uncover the stunning Bride within.
Our team will also provide timely reminders and updates so you can stay organised even when busy. The whole process is so easy, you’ll wonder what other couples get so stressed about!
Step 4: Crafting a Wedding Timeline
Next, we’ll create a comprehensive wedding timeline; your best friend – the run sheet. These finally tuned logistics guarantee the success of your wedding from start to finish. The run sheet outlines the wedding day timing of all your vendors, and easy colour coded times for the Bride & Groom to follow. For example, what time your hair & makeup artist will be arriving, when your wedding bouquet will be delivered, what time we will be knocking on your door to escort you to your ceremony. Exciting! With your run sheet in hand, your team of planners & coordinators will be there to manage every single moment and leave no opportunity for last-minute surprises.
Step 5: Personalised Support
Our previous couples have frequently praised our team’s accessibility and professionalism. We make sure we’re always available to answer questions, no matter how small you think they are. Our goal is to give you the peace of mind you deserve so enjoy every step of your wedding planning experience.
With regular phone calls, emails and Zoom meetings, you’ll be kept up to date every step of the way. And if you are able to come for a visit before your wedding, we’d be delighted to introduce you to the support crew of coordinators and vendors who will be by your side on your wedding day.
Step 6: Confidence & Clarity for the Count Down
Six weeks prior to your wedding, you’ll receive a comprehensive summary of all your wedding arrangements. With details of every vendor’s inclusions, this nifty document gives you all your wedding information in one easy to reference place. This is also the time we iron out anything outstanding such as finalising special songs and speeches, and confirming the exact time of your rehearsal. The countdown to your special day has officially started!
Step 7: Flawless Execution on the Big Day
When the big day arrives, we’ll transform months of planning into a flawless celebration. We’ll have our coordinators and planners onsite to manage every detail, from seating arrangements to schedule adherence. Our team are also experts at calming jitters and providing that all-important care and support so you can relax and be fully present in this once in a lifetime occasion.
