Our beach wedding packages range from intimate elopement set-ups through to fully all-inclusive luxury collections. Yes, most Australian beaches, including Palm Cove, require council permits for a formal wedding ceremony. We handle all permit applications as a standard part of every beach package, so this is one less thing for you to worry about.
Every South Pacific Bridal beach wedding package includes guaranteed access to the Alamanda Great Barrier Reef Chapel, Australia’s only purpose-built beachfront wedding chapel, as a backup venue. Rain will not ruin your day.
The dry season (May to October) offers the most reliably sunny weather with lower humidity, making it the most popular window for beach weddings. That said, we welcome weddings year-round and have extensive experience managing beautiful celebrations during the wet season too. The dramatic skies of November to April can produce extraordinary wedding photos.
Absolutely, this is one of our specialities. Many of our couples plan their entire Palm Cove beach wedding remotely, visiting Cairns only for the wedding itself. Our team manages everything: venue, suppliers, logistics, and on-the-day coordination. We also offer virtual consultations and planning support from wherever you are.
We recommend enquiring as early as possible, particularly for the dry season (May to October) when our most popular dates book out 6–12 months in advance. Off-peak availability is more flexible, but booking early still ensures you get your preferred date, time, and supplier selections.
