South Pacific Bridal partner with internationally trained and awarded cake designers, to create exceptional wedding cakes.

Cakes are prepared specifically to satisfy the taste and style preferences of the couple, and then sized to meet the needs of the reception party.

From light and luscious sponge cakes, to decadent chocolate mud cakes and an array of fruit cakes, all prepared and beautifully presented. Dietary requirements can be accommodated, including gluten and dairy free.

It’s the presentation and decoration that transforms a cake, into a spectacular wedding cake. Our cake designers specialise in cake artistry, producing amazing and delicious works of culinary art.

For traditional presentation, choose fondant icing with a ribbon and fresh or sugar flowers. Or opt for a more modern cake styling, with a buttercream or ‘nude’ presentation and creative decoration.

We couldn't recommend South Pacific Bridal more - on our first visit to the chapel we immediately reserved our date and from the very beginning Sherie and Alice made our experience exciting and stress free. As we don't live in Cairns Sherie was in constant contact with us in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding to make sure every detail was exactly how we imagined. Sherie from SPB was incredible at our recent wedding. She thought of every possible detail in the lead up to the wedding and as an interstate couple, guided us through the organising process. On the big day she was SO organised and calm and kept everyone and everything running smoothly. Sherie sourced a fantastic celebrant, photographer and hairdresser and co-ordinated everything to a tee.
